Considered of of the world's leading agricultural appraisers & expert witness, Tracy is a Senior Agricultural, Livestock, Farm Equipment, and Equine Appraiser with the American Society of Agricultural Appraisers, Certified Agricultural, Livestock, Farm Equipment, and Equine Appraiser with the Canadian Society of Agricultural Appraisers, Certified Member with the International Society of Appraisers, and a Private Investigator specializing in livestock cases. She has been performing agricultural appraisals for over 20 years, along with being hired globally as an agricultural, livestock & equine expert witness and consultant for litigation cases. Tracy is qualified as an expert in court proceedings in both Canada and the United States. She has over 5,000 hours of appraisal experience and has helped her clients win millions in litigation judgments and settlements.
Tracy is part of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) Private Client Services group, a program for appraisers who work with both High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and gatekeepers specializing in Private Client Services. Only 5% of ISA members make it into the Private Client Services program, which up until now, has consisted exclusively of high-end gems & jewelry, fine art, and antiques appraisers. Tracy is the first equine appraiser to be accepted. Her HNW clients include Grand Prix & Olympic competitors/owners, celebrities, high-profile investors, and members of the Forbes 400 List.
Tracy has appraised some of the top jumper and dressage horses in Europe through her second company, Daventry Equine Appraisal Services, and has also appraised some of the most well-known Holstein, Angus & Jersey cattle in North America. She works closely with several of the major insurance companies in both the U.S. and Canada on livestock death-claim reimbursements and fraud investigation, completed appraisals for multi-million-dollar estate and insurance settlements, tax audits, divorce disputes, and has performed appraisals for multi-million dollar hog, poultry, dairy and beef operations.
The owner/operator of Daventry Equestrian, Tracy has shown successfully on the American and Canadian Hunter/Jumper A Circuits as well as the Dressage A Circuit over the last 25 years, is an accomplished judge and has also been an avid equine breeder and trainer for the last 20 years, including winning several Canadian National and US National Show Hunter titles, as well as multiple National Championships in Western Pleasure and Trail.
Tracy's farm, Daventry Equestrian, opened in 1991. She taught the advanced lesson program, which incorporated dressage, hunter/jumper and equitation training, until deciding to focus solely on training and resales in 2003. Tracy has been breeding Warmbloods, Welsh Ponies & Cobs and Hunter Ponies for over 25 years, including hosting mare and stallion inspections at her farm for the ISR/Oldenburg Registry NA, Rheinland Pfalz Saar International (RPSI) and the German Westphalian Verband. Over the last 25 years, Tracy has also had extensive experience breeding and showing llamas.
Tracy runs a successful breeding operation, standing several stallions and managing a successful shipped semen operation with a high First Cycle Conception rate each year. She personally freezes semen on all of the resident stallions, as well as performing palpations, ultrasounding and embryo transfers on her own mares. Tracy has taken extensive courses in equine embryo transfer, equine ultrasound and equine frozen semen with some of the most respected Equine Reproduction Specialists in North America.
In 2013, Tracy completed an Equine Studies Diploma with distinction at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada, as well as completing an Equine Science Certificate with distinction, Equine Business Management Certificate with distinction and Equine Welfare Certificate with disctinction. In 2017, Tracy graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with distinction focusing on Criminal Justice and Public Policy and is also a full-time instructor with the University of Guelph for their Equine Studies Diploma and Equine Business Management programs. Tracy works for the Government of Alberta as an Equine, Dairy Production, Cow/Calf, Swine & Sheep Production Tester for their Green Certificate Program.

Tim has nearly three decades of involvement with the agricultural and oilfield industry. He works for a major global company that designs, manufactures, distributes, and services diesel and natural gas engines and electrical power generation systems. As both a Heavy Duty Mechanic and Industrial Electrician, Tim's expertise and trouble shooting ability comes in handy when appraising farm equipment. He also has experience operating equipment for logging and aggregate companies as well as operating lifting equipment for the oilfield, transport and construction industry.
Tim's livestock experience is extensive. He previously raised Black Angus cattle and Reining horses. For the last 18 years, his time has been focused on raising Warmbloods and Welsh Ponies for the dressage and hunter/jumper rings. Tim is experienced with all aspects of breeding and foaling, including handling and collecting stallions, freezing semen, artificial insemination, and embryo transfers.
